Shri Utsav Khaitan graduated with a degree in Economics from New York University. He is the Whole Time Director of the Company since May 20, 2014.

Mr. Praveen Uniyal has been a dedicated team member at Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited since 1996. With a graduation degree from Delhi University, he specializes in liaison activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the organization

Mr. Deepak Kumar Khemka graduated from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata in B. Com (Honours). Having vast business experience of over 35 years in the fields of Metal Powders, Plastics processing and writing instruments.

Mr. Suman Jyoti Khaitan is a practicing Advocate since 1985, has extensive experience in diverse legal fields including arbitration, corporate laws, insolvency, finance, infrastructure, taxation, real estate, and regulatory compliance.

Experienced freelance interior designer with expertise in creative design, CAD efficiency, project management, client collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
